Heritage GuestHouse

Heritage GuestHouse

This GuestHouse is a heritage Victoria BC accommodation built in 1884, 100 years before the opening of Spinnakers Brewpub. Originally the home of Victoria's Jenkins family, this GuestHouse has been completely updated with new fire protection sprinkler systems and other current building code related considerations to insure maximum comfort and safety to our guests, whilst retaining classical Victorian period detailing.

The exterior has been returned to its original colours, the windows and doors have all been faithfully restored or reproduced and the enclosed sun porch has been rebuilt to contain a couple of deluxe en suite bathrooms.

There are five luxury adult oriented rooms for guest accommodation, each with Victorian period furnishings, original works of art, queen sized beds with luxurious bedding, fireplaces, flat screen tv, and private bathrooms. Four of our rooms have double soaker jacuzzi tubs with showers extending down from the ceilings above the tubs, while the fifth room boasts a relaxing steamer shower. All of the room's furnishings have been selected with comfort in mind.

The ensuite bathroom, accessed through 7’ – 6” high, glazed bi-fold doors contains a double soaker jetted spa tub and rain shower for your ultimate relaxation. A private deck overlooks the herb garden, designed by Andrew Yeoman of Victoria's Ravenhill Herb Farm.
